Hi. You guys are mostly computer savvy, so i figured i'd ask. If you want to find a single word in firefox or whatever, you go to find, with ctrl+F, or whatever, and type in the word, and you can skip through by clicking next, back etc.

If want to look for any separate incidences of a number of different words, is there any way to do this? Seems like an obvious thing to want to do, you'd think something would be available. Anybody know?

Not that I know of. Try searching for firefox plugins.

You search for one word, then you search for the next, then the next, etc. Not that hard you know

If its a static site, use Google and enter:

"siteurl you want to search on] [keywords]" - then click "In Cache" and the terms will be highlighted.


A mod has been erased by your signature because it was larger than 600x120

Thanks. The google thing is a nice idea. Doesn't work for everything though.

I'm well aware you can just type in the words one after the other. This is a real pain in the bum if you're searching for the same few words on loads of different pages.

I'll look for firefox plugins. Ta. If anyone finds something out though please tell me! Thanks all.
