So PDF's suck...a lot. All I want to do is convert one PDF to a JPEG or other type of image, but I am not getting anywhere, everything leaves a watermark and is outrageously expensive ($60+). Anyone know of anything that can convert these abominations?

Hmm, well now I feel like an idiot, adobe PDF's can indeed be opened into adobe photoshop...damn.
