If Michael Bay is involved with this, Thats truly the end of horror. As a film student myself and fan of the nightmare flicks myself I say boycott it from getting made unless they have Bob Engulnd as old Freddy in make-up at the very end of the movie. More on this later.

I wouldn't bother regardless of who's involved. With all these slasher remakes the naughies are becoming more 80's than the real 80's.. sad really
