FPSC Classic Scripts / Changing Flak Explosions?

I just cannot manage to change the explosion type of my grenades. I have SP1, I've changed the explosion decal to explosion116 from mushroom, but it has done nothing. Here is my M67 FRAG specs, in my gamecore/flak file, help is nice.

not possible...

for some reason, even if you change the explosion 116 deal it stays the same!

I know! I hate the default explosion...I figured out in the texture bank or some-where, I found the smoke and the explosion image used in the crappy explosion... I could change them, but I'm terrible at texturing...

And thank god for firefox's spell check thing because I mis-typed about 8 times...I'm sleepy.
