Er.......No.
This is not right.
I cant say that Eddie is trying to rip anyone off, as I hope he’s not.
But if he’s not then there are some concerns I have as he cannot have thought this through.
No1.
On-line CC transactions cost money to set up for the company involved, (England/America) plus there is a charge levied against a CC when it is processed as far as the on-line store is concerned.
Are we to take it that you Eddie, as willing to absorb these charges?
Is so, then what terms are you going to offer in writing to the authors of software?
No2.
What is your “money-back” or “Exchange” terms towards your customers?
If you have them, then you must either defer payment to the Author for a set period of days, until the money-back/exchange runs out, or you have to have someway to recoup the money from the Author.
Similar to a “Sale or Return” contract…Tho NOT the same of cause. ^_^
No3.
Where is your company going to be based….. What country is it in and where is the server located?
I ask this as some country’s have very strange laws over copyright and for the sake of the author, their work must be protected from someone who just wants to get a load of software and re-package it and sell it on.
NOT that I am saying you would do that….But people should know how/where their software is heading.
No4.
What’s yours licence number for your business and IF its not your own server, then who is hosting.
I hope you don’t take offence at this, but your offer is just TOO good.
Or maybe I’m wrong??!!
Ta at for now
