I keep getting an error when I try to install the DX9 SDK. It says "The pre-release version of XAudio2 has expired; please upgrade to the latest version." I can't seem to find XAudio2 for download either. I tried to run a game in DGDK and when I do, it says it is missing the file "d3dx9.h". So I am guessing that the DX9 install didn't work.

as anyone else had this issue and figured out a way to get it to work? if so, please let me know. Thanks for any help you can give.

I am using Windows Vista 64 bit by the way, forgot to add that.

I had the same problem. All you have to do is to be patient in clicking OK button. After 3 or 4 times installer will continue the installation and will notify you again 2 or 3 times before finnishing.

I worked on my Vista with March 2008 SDK
