Dear hard working game developers,
I was once a member of these forums a long time ago, in the days of the first dark basic, possibly 2002 or earlier, i can't for the love of god recall my user name or the specific time (possibly Llama, Loaded_yeti or Trigger).

I had always been a creative person, like the rest of you guys, and always wondered why it was such a hard job to get my name out and recognized (outside of these forums), so a few years ago after revisiting basic, i thought of a wonderful idea that could possibly bring the community closer together and hopefully help fellow creatives get recognised.

I want to provide a website whereby you can get your game reviewed, give people tutorials, advertise your game, and hopefully get more recognition from potential customers and/or industry leaders.
this will be privately funded (by me) until maybe years down the line it requires adverts (not to many hopefully) to run the servers etc.

i would love for this to be something that we can all be a part of so if anyone is interested and would like to be a part of it, whether it be a reviewer, designer, forum moderator (when i eventually get one) please feel free to pm me.

Thank you for the comments guys, but i'm sure, regardless of your feelings on the success of this website that the more advertisement this forum, the game creators, musicians, graphic artists and whoever else is involved the better it is for our hard working fellow creatives.

I would really like to hear everyones opinions and whether or not they are interested, please don't be shy, if you are serious about your work then you need to start being serious about the business side of it, its all well and good having your games played in the inner circles of fellow creators but their is a much bigger audience you could be reaching out to and through review websites is one of the best ways.

Be it my review site or untitled (if i'm correct it is a review site ?)

Please help me help you, with hard work you can accomplish anything, thats why i will disregard any prophecies of doom : ).

Once again thanks for the replies guys, its always good to get replies hehe.
