Hi All,

When I compile the DB code into an exe file the icon used is a little grey/white square. I'm sure there must be an easy way to replace the icon image with another one (say a .png or .bmp image) but cannot work out how.

Cheers,

You need a utility like ResHack (which is free).

Attached it for you cos I've had a few glasses of wine and I'm in a good mood for a change!

Thanks TDK! Hope you enjoyed the wine . By the way, if you like reds, you might like to check out Tatachilla - seems to be very hard to come by but a friend of my wife's recently introduced it to me and its fantastic (costs $20-$30 per bottle). Anyway I've rather gone off topic and so will sign off here. Thanks again!

@Hangar

Just a note, make sure that the icon you use to replace the default is 32 x 32 pixels and 16 colors. I'm pretty sure anything with higher resolution will mess up the app - there's a specific sized space reserved in the exe to hold the icon image - if it goes beyond the size I think it overwrites other parts of the exe.

Enjoy your day.
