I,m a noobie to fps, but I have experience with 3dsmax, I would like to make a charxcter for fps. I'm not sure how, do I make all animations in seperate files such as " attack, static, die, and so on" or do I make them in one file.

Look for the Character Studio Files section of the FPSC's Downloads at their website.
If you have 3ds max, then the FIG file in that download is probably what you're after.

You may want to consider contacing Bond1 (the maker of FPSC packs 17 & 18), because he uses 3ds max also.
I know he has made additional animation for the FPSC skeleton for those 2 packs.
I can't say if he can/would release those, but it couldn't hurt to ask.
Bond1 is the 3ds to FSPC pro here, just look at those packs. (they got videos)
I'm sure he knows this stuff off the top of his head.

Make sure your character is the right scale, then rig your Character with a biped. Then load the bip file on the fpsc site, Then export with pandasoft using the settings provided on the website.
