I'm trying to compile anything with DarkGDK and Visual Studio 2008 Express. Each time the output spews linker errors like these:

I've already included the headers and libraries for DarkGDK and the DirectX SDK.

Is anyone familiar with this problem?

It appears as if the libraries that those functions are in are not linked.

I'm certain that I've included everything correctly. How can this be?

Mistrel - KISS - Try the Wizard again - the Stock Sample Project you can make in the vs2008 menu - that's you're viable starting point.

I'd start there - get your proverbial DarkGDK "Hello World" program working (Confirms linking) and then - if need be move your code to that working project.

And while doing that it'd probably be wise to compare the input libraries in the linker section.

None of the wizards work either. I still get linker errors.

Where is this linker section, Benjamin?

Project -> "<project name> Properties..." -> Configuration Properties -> Linker.

It's strange that even the wizards don't work for you. Perhaps you're trying to compile in debug mode rather than release mode? Unfortunately I can't be of much help as I still haven't got DarkGDK installed, so I can only guess as to what the problem could be.
