sketchup pro 6 does work with fps creator, just bear in mind white is good, blue faces are bad.

Blue faces are inside out, so wont show up in-game or in any other modelling program.

you will need another program to:
-export your model to .x format
-(sort of) uvmapping can be done in sketchup; simply put all your art in one file(.tga format) and move it with texture|position to fit on your several faces in sketchup, texture position and scale will be exported with your 3ds(i suggest you use 3ds as an export format).

i use cm as measurement in sketchup, where 100 cm represent one segment width/height in fpsc when exported with model units 1:1 from sketchup.

have fun modelling...

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.

jebus i dont know how many times i must say it

but even the demo of sketchup is entirely compatible with fpsc, you just have to know how to get around the demos limitations

Alright first off, theres a free version of sketchup, then the 50 hour usage demo *50 hours of you using software not just 50hours after download*
Alright now listen closely

the demo, dont ever open, do all your work in the free version, when you're ready to push it over to .x you save you're work in the free version, open it up in the demo version, and export it....see that wasnt so hard...

pretty sneaky and you do need something to texture it such as "entity workshop" or "segment editor"

FPS:1
