Intro
Money Monsters is a game that 'The Crazy' and I are working on. But mostly me, he helps me when I have a question and stuff like that, and he made many of the original characters. I hope this constitutes as a worthy work in progress, as I understand people can be quite harsh about these things
I've worked a lot and I am just starting programming but please treat me as you would any other forum member with constructive criticism and what-not.
Description
Money Monsters is a simple arcade like game aimed at a younger audience. (mainly for my lil' cousins and the kids I teach in sunday school) The aim of the game is to move back and forth collecting coins as they fall from the sky and zoom across the ground. There will be 7 playable monsters, 4 of which will have to be unlocked by completing levels. Other monsters will periodically appear and fly at you and try to kill you as well as powerups that add cool effects that can be beneficial or distracting. (one such obstacle is a nifty little trick of changing the fov so much that the whole game is upside down. It was really challenging with the controls inverted)
