How long till im not a "noob" anymore and have to wait for mod approval for posts? what do I have to do to fulfill this??

The mods have nothing to do with it. It's only known by Rich, and he's not saying. It's programmed into the system.

An interesting thing is that I don't even know what this post-approval thingy is like. I joined before it came into existence, and I've never been noob slapped.

The noobometer increases every time you ask. It uses fuzzy logic to detect such questions, and adds one fluid ounce of noobness per ask. Only when it has drained will you be released from noobdom.
