for some reason in firefox and sometimes on the desktop (this is the only time ive really noticed it) my mouse cursor disappears after a period and reappears when i move it like it would in windows media player on fullscreen

it doesnt really matter much to me as i am planning to get rid of this PC anyway

but its just a strange thing that ive noticed

no its mainly just when it stays still over a web page

EDIT: i think i worked it out, it only happens when i have an embedded flash video player "in focus" (when i have clicked on it and havent clicked anywhere outside it)

Maybe try updating your display drivers, no idea really

or maybe the Jack isnt stable on its port? do u use USB mouse or PS/2?
