I mean it could be done much better.
Check it at 1024 x 768 Screen Resolution. You should not see these horizontal scroll bars. The images are too big.
The background is not seamless, the colours could be more relaxing etc.
Just a few ideas, no offence at all...

No offense taken, I'm not good at web page design and I'm not sure how to fix it. I use "Web page maker V2" I thought all my images were 512 resolution.
