I look forward to wanting to be a GM. So I can run around and "test" stuff.

Would certain quests or events interest people for example

Lets say there is a quest and it a random event very very very rare, where your character can receive some special power, or something that would grant you to be unique, say a transformation power or something?

Does uniqueness count in a MMORPG, does it make a player feel good when s/he can attain something that no one else has or very few have?

Uniqueness is IMO awesome thing in MMO! Also you should make the quests and missions more important not just "Go kill 5 rats for me cuz they stole my money.."

I mean build story around your mmo and make missions and quests more serious and fun! Not repeating stuff

What is there are 2 types of missions

Type 1 is generally the kind you hate, but are ment for solo'ers and teams that people may just want to do beccause they like to grind

and Type 2 which are actual story missions, that CAN be solo, but are mainly team based to give a consolish RPG feel that contributes to the story line
