I read Jonathan Harbour's book. I read the tutorials. Yet my progress in learning DB has been frustratingly slow, for I have almost no background in programming. I wish there was a non-virtual class that I could take. A teacher that could show me, and explain to me, how to do the things I want to do, on DB. Figuring things out by myself takes way too much time and effort.
I live in the San Fernando Valley. I would appreciate any good suggestions you have.

Have you read the introductory tutorials (1-4) here:

They are often overlooked by DBPro users because they are on the DB Classic board.
