Could I have help, please? I'm making a game but can't model for love nor money, and the model packs don't have the right stuff.

Well, I only really need two models. I need a clown (sinister looking) armed with a supershotgun, and a tank of some sort for scenery

You can find a free tank model at www.turbosquid.com (but look to the copyright!!).
And I think that no one will model you a complete character, because it's to hard to make (modelling, texturing and animating). It will take a lot of time.

But you can try to retexture a model you have to a clown. That's much easier than creating a complete new model.
