I'm not entirely sure that T3DGM is the best choice of tool.

And this thread is for partially completed works, not works that haven't started yet. Check the stickies at the top of this board.

Your game sounds very interesting. I'm really looking forward to seeing this game.

Are you going to sell it?

I'll buy 10.

*sigh*. Let me break this down for you, plain and simple.
1) 3D Game Maker is a little kids tool that none of us care about.
2) You have nothing to show, so why the heck would you assume we would be interested in a poorly typed, one sentence, uninteresting, and uninformative story? Do you really expect people to get excited about something that isn't even understandable, not thought out, and doesn't even remotely exist yet?
3) 3D Game Maker is crap.
4) Learn how to type and spell.

I wasn't being sarcastic.. I really want 3 copies! One for me, one for jesus and one for satan.. we play poker on fridays with buddha and shiva, but they're not really into the whole gaming thing. Nice trick when losing poker against the gods: stop believing in them so they pop out of existence, then you can check hands and stuff. Safe to say I win most of the time, except when jesus starts crying, then i let him win a few.

Haha.

I love the fact that Thor wasn't invited. He would get pretty upset if he lost.

Sounds awesome! I imagine the man having a dog which dies bravely halfway and at the end, him finding out there's a human colony left somewhere in the northern parts of where-ever he lives. That's totally unique!

Gil, don't be so hard on the guy now - he's a kid! Where are the days of innocence... Now hurry up and get on IM.

Actually that sounded pretty bad. If you ever make a game or use that "story" somehow, i will end you. The 3d game maker freak's game sounded really good until you came along.

Grandma, you're a shame to communism. Everyone should be equal, you can't and are not allowed discriminate people!

Go kill the creator of I Am Legend. Send him my regards and tell him the ending sucks before you finish him with a Hello Kitty pillow stuffed into his throat.

Trust me, i would want to, but it's just not realistic. I would have to settle with tha_rami.

Anyways, has The 3d game maker freak left? I miss him. He was so much fun. *flashbacks to a time earlier this day* Ahhh, that was the good old days. I wonder what he's up to now.

That introduction has to be the most generic thing I heard.

Quote: "that ur alone in a big place and try to find things and stuff."

In half the video games out there you are alone. So, about half the games fit that description.

Quote: "There is some enemies and i think i need som models"

I'd say about 98% give or take 2%.

Quote: "U must destroy any enemy that comes(Possibly if u want to survive) "

OMG, you must really have a unique idea there.

then really you can take away the massive and the multiplayer, and unless you download something you can take the online away too, and since its not done, you can take away the game, and since your havent got any roles or playing in you can take away the role and the playing. so what you really have is:

I think you guys totally high jacked this post. His idea if not that original sounds all right, I really like games about apocalyptic events, zombies/nukes/biological outbreaks, and it would be cool to talk about it. I agree with you guys that his post was not very intelligent but I dont think you should rag on him like this. He is obviously new and most likely young. Usually from my experience browsing this forum you just tell him what he did wrong, and maybe lock the post. There was a ton of sarcasm, no wonder he hasn't posted back. As I was saying I liked his idea, I'm actually making a text adventure on a similar subject. We should just lock this.

Well, some people don't bother reading the AUP or the board stickies, so it's probably staying open as an example of what not to do. Sort of like Vlad the Impaler sticking corpses along roads, you can lock a thread, but letting the community rip someone shows others what they shouldn't do
