Correct me if i'm wrong, but in the loading screen in FPSC, doesn't it say ",C to crawl"? So, you already crawl!

For an enemy, I believe you would have to animate it accordingly.

what i mean is for the enemy like well maybe itll be difficult but something like where the character is on its four legs

Re-Animate your enemies to include a crawling animation, then alter their .fpe files to include the frames necessary for the new animation and use that in a script to make them crawl.

This will make it APPEAR as if they are crawling, but you'll be disappointed to find out that their area of collision will remain the same.
