Could someone please help me???

What dds format should I save as when creating glass??

I have been trying to create some glass but everytime I create a frosted or cloudy Aplha channel and asve it as a TGA, FPSC converts the aplha in a strange way.

For example if I made a gradient alpha FPSC makes the alpha in the dds file a spotty gradient, like if you magnify a newspaper.

I have tried a few variations of the dds export but I get the same results.

any advice please???

thanks DOUG
