I would just like some personal opinions on mobile interent and its usage. I'm thinking of creating a mobile website so any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

How many people use the internet/WAP on their mobile phones ?
What do you use it for ? News and weather or things like downloading wallpapers for your phone ( if so, what is the pixel size of your screen ?)

If anyone has an iPhone, do you use the regular interent or do you prefer checking out a sites WAP site if you can ?

Of course any opinion is welcome, thank you for anything you can provide!

Do people still use WAP? In Sweden you can now surf with a max price of $1.50 a day or for $15 a month so I'm sure there are quite a few who surf with their mobiles.

mobile internet is 2 expensive. Also i dont have web enabled on my phone plan cause it costs to much (well thats wat dad said lol).

Wehtam, I would say a good amount of students use mobiles to view web pages, such as to view football scores and the days news.

But, yes, people do use mobile Internet, but I prefer to use my computer along with a decent sized monitor
