Hypermemory is video shared with the ram, over dedicated. I have an acer aspire 5520 and it has:
2.2Ghz AMD Turion 64BIT dual core cpu
2gb ddr2 ram
8600 GS 512mb dedicated graphics
250gb HDD

So it has a total of 1280mb graphics, is there a way to disable it?
TRIED: Bios, NVidia control panel and searching for solutions.

Thanks.

I have had to change your profile name, as it could be deemed offensive. Sorry, but we have to be cautious. Let me know what you would like it changing to.

I don't care what the name is. It is only used to identify you. I'm thinking GamerDude or Shoot3r.

And there you have it. I was rather surprised to see that GamerDude was still available.
