I'm bored, so I'll release some more stuff I've made from the past few hours.

I've made a health bar script. It reacts to the player's health decreasing and...well, acts like a health bar. As the health gets lower, the less green there is on the health bar and the more red there is.

This script also works with the health regeneration script, but it doesn't work too well.

EDIT: Eh, the installer sucked. Just throw the files where they are described in the mess of folders.

Lol. Anyway, back to reality. Looks good, we need more of these around the boards since people seem to request them a lot.

If someone were to make a pack of health bar, lives, and ammo huds... deng, we may never see another "Need Health Bar" thread again!

Is there a possibility of setting up a health bar for enemies? I think the only thing would be needed would be a variable for the enemies health.

That would require a Mod, since there are no scripting methods to create visuals on screen that don't relate to the entity. You may be able to fake it with a seperate entity above that entitie's head, but it'd be 3D and look rather awkward. :-\


@GOTH:

If a script is posted up in the community for the community like this one, it's generally okay to tweak the script, just so long as you keep the original creator's name at the top of the script as a sign to later users that it originated from them and they get their just credit.
