i am making a weapon using the type 56 machinegun model.
i plan to make an Iraq war mod pack,include soilder,weapon,building,road and so on.is anyone intersted in ?

Never use the reference image as a texture. You can see where the pixels on the edge of the image stretch across the top of the model. Create a texture then UV map it over. This model would be a lot better if it were used for the VWEAP.

you could get away with using the refrence image in a UVmap, just paste it in the right place
