Hi, having recently upgraded to DBC 1.2 I notice Darkedit rejects the new commands:-

Q. Is there an NEW version of DARKEDIT ?

Q. Does anyone have an alternate editor I can use ?

Not sure what you mean by reject - you get errors or they simple aren't highlighted?

If you get errors:
If you start DarkEDIT, click on EDIT > EDIT OPTIONS then select the tab DarkBASIC Options. The first text box should be the path to your DB.exe Make sure it is the new version and not the old one.

If they aren't highlighted:
In the folder where DarkEDIT is located there should be a file called keywords.txt. Add the new commands to this text file and save it.

Don't include () just enter them like SET OBJECT AMBIENT
