ok I got a friend thats dumb well he dosent know much about computers and i he is asking me how to modify a game....OK what i am trying to do is that when he opens this executable it takes him to the file modifies it for him then exits but asks him if he wants to allow the change ....... o and by the way the file is a .ini

..Thanks in advanced if you can help

Whatever game it is go on google and search for Cheats/Code. Otherwise just get "Hex Workshop".

So? Just help the poor n00b out. Gee...He was probably here asking for some code in the first place.

It IS possible for DB to modify EXE's anyways...

ok sorry got into the wrong forum but its not modifing the exe its modifing a .ini file its like a text file

. thanks anyways and sorry for putting it here in this forum in the first place

If its a text file just re write it, but if you dont know what the file does then dont mess around with it.
