Is there a way to script your game so that when you shoot your enemy in the head, and they do a headshot death animation? Could you make it so that the enemy's health goes down a certain percentage depending on which part of their body you shoot, and make different death animations depending on which part of their body you shot on singleplayer and multiplayer? No, I'm not posting a script request. I'm just wondering if I could make a script like this.

You can certainly animate a headshot death and assign it to the character. At the moment, I think we can only distinguish between head shots and other than head shots, not limbs.

Best.

You can only do percentage damage with headshots. Go here to see my post regarding damage.

@ xplosys.

I downloaded your demo game. Nice sound effects and great positioning of enemy -- popping up when least expected. One of 'em I couldn't even find where he was shooting from at first. Great effects.

Zeldar, you can use random death animations if you want to script them yourself using the existing animations. It would be time consuming and a lot of trial and error at first, but still no way to select death by shot location.

FL, thanks. The concept remains alive, and is being restarted in V1.09 with new media. I was going to wait for the next version, but I think that one may be a while in dev.

Best.
