...always trying.

The problem is that it'll take changes in the engine, to make it a reality...

To me, vehicles have their place in FPSC, but not in the normal driving sense. I can imagine jumping on a tank and driving it to a wall so you could jump over, or even to knock down a wall, etc... but driving in FPSC would be like pushing a car around an 1/8th mile oval track.

Best.

Same thread different year...
Vehicles are good for scenery,cover,exploding,etc.
Anything but driving.
xplosys already told you why it's a waste of time...why drive the car when walking can get you there faster?
It's cool though if you have a gas can,a few vehicles and some people you don't like all in one spot...BOOM!
FPSC is quirky that way...

RIP Floating Skull unknown-2007 we will miss you in FPSC x10

Currently, vehicles are just... well, sadly not something anyone's been able to pull off right yet. But who knows? After the X9 migration is all done Lee just might do something like that... after all, in the "FPSC Classic And Beyond" thread he did say:
Quote: "We are really excited about outdoor landscapes, vehicles, flying machines and more physics than you can handle. We want to empower you with the tools you need to create amazing games, so watch this space for more sophisticated models and great new features that are both X9 and X10 compatible."

...So I'm never gonna loose hope! Vehicles are personally one of my most wanted features to the engine... always has been. I don't know why. Just has.

well if you took the script from "hoverboards" and made a model that had some type of end that
could keep the player from running of the edge then you would be able to ride it but as said above you could get were you needed quicker walking

best,
will
