ok im trying to make it were if some one wants an screen ress of 1280x 1024
they can just click a buton an get it
i have this

that up there is the script
this is what i added

:state=0:hudreset,hudx=50,hudy=60,hudimage=languagebank\english\gamecore\backdrops\basic\ress.tga,hudtype=4,hudname=1280x1024,hudhide=1,hudmake=button


:state=2,hudselectionmade=4:width=1280,height=1024

that ass you can see i added it to the script but no luck on it working

Ummmmmm... width and height are not valid scripting commands. That would explain it not working.

You can find a huge list of commands in the manual. After you look through those, I suggest you find and read my "Scripting Mis-Mentions" guide and find out which ones are broken, and what commands there are that aren't listed in the manual but DO work.

Did that an that but still nothing i know in the manual tells me to edit the .ini file but there are some ppl out there that dont know what that is an if they need ther screen ress at 600x800 they cant

i tryed that fpspack. i think its ok for small games
