i recently bought rouge trooper as an budget game.
and must say it rocks as an action shooter on the pc
not far crysis grafix but the gameplay and storie is great.
have anyone else there also found this lost gaming gem?

Never played the game, but loved the comic as a kid. Do they lean heavily on the fallen team mates helping you out as downloaded skull chips in your weapons/armour and the like? May dig it out of the game shop...

yes you get the whole story from the beginning they are alive fighting with you alongside and when they dies so does rouge dig out there chips from the neck and plant on his bacpack and weapon and helmet.
it follows the comic perfectly as rebellion are big fans of the comics and have the rights to do games based on all stories in the ad comics judge dreed and rouge trooper etc
each time you get an chip you get new skills an they constantly talks with you during play.
helm is the chip in the helmet that is the computer and hacker whizz and gunner is on the weapon and wants to blow everything up
and the other one heals you and produces ammo and health packs.
one cool feature with gunner is that you can place him on the ground and use as an gun turret while you sneak around shooting the enemy from behinde while he shoots like hell at the enemy
i loved there other game judge dreed vs death so maybe why i love this one to colour full comic like grafix.
