Intro:
In the world of raethe many races live and co-exist as they have for many an age. Sometimes they have fought each other for land or resources but those days have passed as the Elteir Council now rules and guides the land into peace and harmony. You are wandering the wilderness when you spot several meteors strike the land a head. You charge forward franticly to find out what has happened only to find the land being drained of life. As this unseen force approaches you flee for your home town. You know this is unnatural you must find your people and warn them.

Description:
Mystic dream is both single and multiplayer fully 3d role playing game. With players being able to explore a vast enviroment, interact with npcs, customise their character and completly modify the game to suit their needs.

Mystic dream comes packed with several editors allow users to create their own items, spells, quests, classes, races, maps and npcs. They can then load these entitys into a special editor and place them around the game world.

Mystic Dream supports 4 players either online or across a local area network. Players will share the same world and can even keep the items, spells etc they find from other users worlds.

Combat is more focus on the skill of the player than their stats although they can build their character they must be capable of understanding the system and crafting their own style.

My intent with this game is simply to create something fun and enjoyable for everyone it has been a great deal of fun to develop and still is. So because of this I have chosen to release it when finished completely free so everyone can enjoy it.

I currently have all the key systems in place and working but I dont have much content to work with so I appeal to anyone who would be willing to do a few simple animations for me or create anything contact me here or email me tadmiral@gmail.com

Ill be posting regular videos over the course of this post

No Post I probably need more detail I guess. Ill talk about combat since its something im working on now. Combat will imploy timing, mouse movements and a variety of animations. Players will have to move the mouse in certain directions and at certain times to perform certain swings or slashes with their chosen weapon. Currently I have animated 3 moves but each day Im adding more. I have only just started animating which is why I don't have many. Now stats will play a part in combat but most certanly some players may opt for speed as their main trait and this would allow them to quickly out manouver their opponent or they might Decide to use great strength to crush their opponent under their blows. Or use any combination to attain victory. The benefit of this is that every battle will be unique in some way players will have to think about how their enemy fights and what is the best way to combat their style. Combat moves can be smoothly strung together as the animations will easily transition from one move to the next.

Good to see you're still working on this. Like you said, there's not much eyecandy, but it sounds like you've got a lot of the behind the scenes stuff done. Kudos.

For Fathers and Sons who enjoy wholy spirits.

Hey guys just a small update I took a shot showing my character slashing his arm. All the combat moves are control by the mouse ie the direction your clicking will be met with an appropriate attack in that direction. Its totally up to the player to decide what kind of move is needed. Weapons will also clash with others if they meet so combinations of blocks and swift movements will keep the action exciting but focus on skills and keen wits to attain victory. Im also going to start building my world but I would appreciate if anyone could help produce some concept art for the various locations?? It would help to build a planned and organisied world.

Looks like your still fleshing out the details and core functionality. Looks good and sounds cool but will need more pics and videos of gameplay. Good luck keep us updated.
