Can someone explain to me why we have to pay £93.98 more than the americans for this 6 month old game?

Oh, and if you want it on anything other than the 360 you still have to wait.

Thats what they charge because some people, (Seems mainly in the EU), are willing to pay more.

You can actually go and buy this on eBay right now for less I'm sure! - I think the going rate is about £100, then add on about £50 for shipping, and your saving £30 and getting it a month early.

It's corporate rape, but it's no more than us euro-schmucks are used to. I wonder if Rockstar North/Take2 would consider halving the price of GTA4 in the UK to make up for it... probably not.

As for EA buying out Take2, well if GTA4 is delayed at all because of EA they better freakin duck!

Oh my god. I like Jeku but EA is going down! I have been waiting for Rock Band for ages and GTA 4 and if GTA gets delayed I will go beserk. And now that we have to pay more than the retail price in america for Rock Band they WILL PAY!

guitar Hero 3 with a wireless guitar is £70, so for rock band your paying £110 more just for a drum set and a mic (and the guitar isnt even wireless). Drum set on its own is £70, so that makes the mic alone £40!!

...and thats not even taking DLC into account.

So an analyst says EA *could* do something and you're all taking it for face value? Geez, use your heads. EA is already getting enough criticism for its takeover of Take2, the *last* thing they'd do is delay the game after it's been delayed already 2 or 3 times. Of course, game delays are meant to increase quality, so really I can't see what the big deal is anyway
