I don't think there's one. You need to model them yourself.

Are you thinking of weapon creator?

Quote: "Here is the Character Studio BIP file for FPS Creator. This contains all of the animation data for FPS Creator characters and a FIG file for setting up the skeleton. You need Character Studio in order to use these files, but using them will allow you to animate any model into a format suitable for FPS Creator (and to modify the existing animation data).

Download: http://files2.thegamecreators.com/fpscreator/FPSC_CharacterStudio.zip — 1.3 MB

You can read our on-line guide to exporting animations."

u know that weapon creator doesnt create the weapons for u, it just imports them. and character studio doesnt make characters, it just helps animate them.

i suggest you use the SEARCH TOOL

You need a moddeling program to make characters, by no means is it easy, expect months of practising and testing before you can make a decent model, not mentioning bones and animating

look, this is what i got one week into learning modelling, it is hard, and i'm really quite superb with computers
(im not big headed, its the truth)

I use blender, google it

Use Makehuman its not bad. I use that and daz studio they speed things up if you know how use them good and in human youll soon be able to import hair and clothes to the models you've created. Both are free.

I hope this was helpful
