I tried to make one scifi game, and i needed railgun to it, but i never finished game, so i can give my Railgun to you free.

Edit: Ok, now i have edited texture.

Yes, if any part of the model or texture is from the original (which his is) then it is illegal to redistribute.

Wrong darimc, it can be sligthly modifies, but not just changed colour or added a little sign to it.

We'll see when a mod comes along. And it doesn't matter, he also redistributed the models and the sounds and everything.

Distribution on any of the FPSC models and textures is strictly prohibited.

It has to be a significant modification, otherwise distribution is strictly prohibited.

First off the download I got was like a 1898 mauser not a rail gun.YThe hud is a chain gun.

Second with a raial gun the bullet is projected by a magnetic field.

Third there is a saying Thats a "nail gun" it is also known as a "tack driver" or "nail driver". It is used by snipers.

Forth any found model in fpsc, free or not is not "public domain" so even A complete texture change is illegal.

This forum had a big discussion about this before, rick gave the ok to redistribute slighty edited textures on this forum. It was a sticky last time i was an active member here, i don't know if it may have been taken down or moved etc.

I've been away a good few months, so the rule may have changed.

...the mods aren't allowing distribution of TGC property.

This has been established numerous times, and isn't likely to be ignored in the future.

Despite the fact that this thread is still open, it most likely will be locked and appropriate action will be taken by the first mod that takes the time to examine this topic, and digest everything.

You can redistribute a texture for free if it has been modified.You can sell a retexture if it is a completely new one made by you.
Redistribution of any other kind of media from FPSC is not allowed.
