Well look at the title, some words have a star on them which when put together is 'URMRGAY' apparently we are mr gay!

And this isnt fake, its official box art, type super mario galaxy in on google images,,,they all got it...lol

I can see how that would make sense, forget the notion that it might just be random highlights on some letters edges, it must be Nintendo calling us gay.

Lol maybe they diddled the artist. I remember when Boots (A UK chemist) upset their photographer and they produced a free catalogue with a porn Jamie Oliver in it

I dont hate nintendo over this, i found this funny.

I hate nintendo becuase they have no games that appeal to me, its all mario and no new major names, i have never seen a game that is a 15,16,18 its all 3+, the only game i found fun when i had my ds 2 years ago was metroid and that was it.

Ummm....maybe there ISN'T a message at all, maybe they were going for a different graphic/logo design with a twinkle under every third to fourth letter. It's just whoever started this whole "URMRGAY"
obviously is a complete idiot and hates Nintendo, so therefore he tried to make it sound like Nintendo was trying to offend people.
And yet drugs, violence and other stuff that Sony puts in there games doesn't offend people? Hmm.....I guess people just love to hate Nintendo for actually making games for the right people--CHILDREN!!

Well actually if you look at the fog that comes from mario there is Gay word hidden there too.. You can clearly shape letters G and letter A and Y in 90 degrees.. And its pretty rare thing that the stars at letters are placed like that..

The Fog as G and the yellow thing as A and mario as Y is tho just my imagination

If you backtrack the history of video games you see that they were originally designed for everyone of all ages. G rated. Nothing obscene. No drugs, violence or anything too obscene to mention. No vulgar language, no gore, basically, all games were for all ages.

If you google it, I'm sure you'll see that what started the whole 'gotta put all this in the games!' was Sony back in the early 90's, when Video games were just reaching their SECOND peak of popularity (there first was before 1983 when Atari almost completely destroyed the industry and Nintendo rescued it with Donkey Kong, the first Mario game.).

At this point they realized that the level of detail they could put into it was outstanding, so therefore they put in all kinds of stuff to make them for OLDER ages. Sony figured that Nintendo wasn't going to last because of their main focus on Family friendly games.

Well, Sony was wrong, so when Nintendo released SMG some guy took the box art, scanned it into his computer and said that Nintendo was trying to offend people, probably because he hates Nintendo.
Don't get me wrong, I still like war games such as Star Wars battlefront, but I just don't like the games that have obscene stuff in it, simply because I don't.
