Newcomers DBPro Corner / can't see "wizard"

Hi everybody, I just downloaded dark gdk and Installed it. But when I start Visual c++ 2008 express edition and press new then project, I can't find wizard... only visual c++. can u guys help me? I got direct x 9 august installed

restart your PC then it works.
