Anyone else seen this band? Possibly one of the coolest things in music I've found recently.

Yup, love them, very good piece of music. Some of the tracks on their Metallica tribute album I think could have sounded better, but as they've refined their sound they've made some pretty awesome stuff.

Also, didn't know they did a song with Corey Taylor (is that one fairly new?) They also played as the interval in last year's Eurovision song contest - it was most interesting.

No, they were just the interval act - with the cool acrobats:

The song with Corey Taylor is off their new album, Worlds Collide. On the same album they've got songs featuring Christina Scabbia, Till Lindeman, and Adam Gontier too. It's a great CD, definitely worth picking up.

Hmm, they're getting more and more people singing as they go by.

Also, I think they're playing Download festival this year, shame because I'd love to go and watch them play, unfortunately they're one of few bands I like who are playing at Download, so I'm off to Bloodstock instead - shame they haven't been announced for that (or have they? I've not checked the line up for a little while)

I do like some of the stuff they do, but to see them headbanging around with cellos is just weird...

I'm kinda in a Primus phase right now so I need more bass. I'm sure in a couple months this will sound great though.

I saw them in Glasgow after my last exam december '07 (uk tour), was a pretty awesome end to the exam block. I'm not a big metal fan but the concert was a good night, good atmosphere, no eardrums now though lol
