I know that Runtime Error 1513 means that my video card lacks memory, but I shouldn't be getting this error. My video card has 128mb of memory.

My game runs fine at around 70-80fps, until I have run it about 7 or 8 times for testing purposes, then I have to reboot my PC in order to get rid of the problem. How do I fix it so I don't have to always reboot my PC to continue testing my game...

At the top of your game put.

FLUSH VIDEO MEMORY

and see if that helps.

Also is your memory shared?

Putting Flush Video memory at the start and end of my program doesn't fix it.

Game doesn't hang.

And I have no idea what you mean by shared memory.
