Blender is free. And is powerful, and is quite a deep learning curve but once learnt its a very efficent and awesome tool which goes well with anybodies develop tool.

Try Milkshape, it has a free trial version and it is very cheap to buy.
It's relativly easy to use and is well worth the money if you decide to purchase it.

Is it possible to make a Google sketch up into a .X file? I made an awesome key pad that would rock in a FPS game.
