There really should be some type of thing that tells you the location of the file before you post, so you don't have to edit it right away.

thats not an nvidia setting per se, its most likely set to show the refresh rates the monitor can support, so something is being misreported to either the OS, the nvidia libraries, or both. Have you installed the drivers for your monitor in windows?

I don't think the location is known until just before the file is uploaded. It'd be handy to have some kind of macro that expands to the attachment URL though.
