FPSC Classic Models and Media / Limit on bones?

I have been experiencing all sorts of problems with a character animated with a biped with fingers, But I don't have problems with the same model without fingers,having shaders on makes the mesh appear correctly. Has anyone else had this problem?

I haven't tried fingers on a character biped before. But I'm pretty sure TGC told me at one time that the bone limit was around 200.

I did a quick re-rig without multiple fingers, there was a 30 bone difference so from 60 something and it works inside of fpsc fine.
I hope tgc can confirm the bone limit, and possibly get rid of it.
