Now that I'm out of school and have a heck of alot more time I've decided to attempt a text game..*ooh* But I've already gotten stuck trying to load a bitmap which has all the commands written upon it.

Here's my code. (5 lines for the win??)

I tried switching to "load image" but it still isn't working..is there a seperate command to past the image?

Yes, and here is what I would do. load image takes a flag, which you want to set to 1 for your image because it is not going to be used as a texture:



EDIT: I just realized that you are probably going to use that as a menu, or help screen, so perhaps you should use pcraider's snippet...like you intended in the first place.
