Get an FTP client (FileZilla, for example). Enter the parameters as outlined by your web host. Drag and drop, like in Explorer. Make sure you put them in the folder in the details from your host, it varies from server to server

do u have a web host?
you can just log into cpanel (if its a good host) and use the file manager inside of cpanel

Filezilla or smartftp is better choice

In that video all I saw was typing into a box in my computer. I couldn't even see what was being typed.

1) Open up My Computer, My Documents or any other window that uses explorer
2) Type in your ftp address. Usually ftp.domain.com
3) If anymous is disabled, it'll ask for a username and password (Most cases it IS disabled)
3.b) If a username, password isn't asked, click file->Login As then type in your info
4) Just drag files in as you need.

I haven't used Free Webs in a while(Several years), but I don't think they allow FTP. I could be wrong however. So just look around their website for information.

Use a host that allows FTP. Like 110mb.com
The only reason that site is on freewebs is I want to see if I can use all my bandwidth!

I think Bergice means that he wants his own domian, instead of a freewebs host.
To do that, Bergice, you would have to BUY a domain name, and do 1 of 2 things:

1. Set up YOUR local computer to act as the web server. I dont recommend this, because that will have to become your computers sole purpose. (Or close to it.) If Your computer is hosting your site it would have to be connected to the internet 24/7. Any disconnection from the net would result in your website going down.

2. Pay for a hosting plan with a host such as Dreamhost.
www.Dreamhost.com
Then THEY will host your files for you. You don't need to worry about YOUR machine staying connected, becuase the files are also on Dreamhost's server. (THOSE are the ones users will see on the web. So even if you edit your website on your home computer, the change wouldn't happen on the web until you uploaded the newer files to dreamhost.)

I use Dreamhost myself and I love it. YES, it IS a little expensive, but thats because you pay for the whole year at once. But you absolutely get your moneys worth and more. You get 500 Gigabytes of storage space, which grows by 2 gig a week!(even if you hosted a hundred ten minute movie files, you'd STILL have a ton of space left.) You get 500 TERRABYTES of bandwith (More than you will ever EVER EVAR need) which grows by 40 gig a week! You even get your own domain name. So instead of "www.mysite.dreamhost.com" or "www.mysite.hostingdomian.com" You get the good, clean, effective "www.mysite.com".

So, you get all that and more. I highly recomend using Dreamhost. Its the best host I've been able to find. (And I did a LOT of searching.)

...but I am the ferret king!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! tremble before my ferret minions!

Yes. These services are very cheap these days. You can register a .com domain for one year and pay less than 10 US dollars. And some companies offer terabyte hosting and traffic for less than 50 US dollars.

But I recommend looking for a free service before paying for anything. First check if you need an advanced service. Search for free web hosting on Google and you will find some median to good free services.
