Newcomers DBPro Corner / I cant install the patch!!!!!!!!

When i dl the patch for DB i wait for like 10 mins
then when i install it says this
"DB.exe: error - cannot replace. denied access"
so i tried it a few times same thing pops up then i dlt it
i go back to site to dl it when i dl it takes less than a second then i installed it and the same thing happed!!!!!!
how can i dl the patch?!?!?!?!?!

grrr now i cant install Dark Basic!!!!!(Not Pro)
it says "System Error: Language not found" but it has the lang on the CD....................................................................

Copy everything onto your harddrive and install from there.
It has worked for me before (not with DB as I don't have DB only DBP and DBP has never given me this problem, but I've experienced this problem with games before).

I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.
