Hello, this is the programmer that had the moving sprite problem. I've come a "long" way since then and I am currently opening a summer project. Summer only. 2D only. I will be one programmer,
whereas these position need to be filled (first come, first serve):

1 more programmer (DarkBASIC 2D knowledge requiered)
1 graphic artist (2D graphics needed only)
2 designers
1 composer/musician

When these positons are filled, we will continue by communicating on the forums. There will be (including me) 6 people on the team.
We will only have time for one game so let's make it good!

The game I hope we can make is called Z.O.M.B. It is an acronym for Z-Virus Overtakes Mother Brain. Mother Brain is the HomeWorld of the hero Tai, who is amazingly good at guitar. The weakness of the Z-Virus is sound, so by shredding on the guitar, Tai destroys the legions of Z-Viruses. Z-Viruses are called so because when ten of them burrow into something, it becomes a zombie. The game would act like a dungeon crawler, but when Tai comes across a Z-Virus, he must play a riff, Guitar Hero esque, to defeat it. The notes that fly at him are Z-Viruses, and if he misses one, it burrows into him. If he misses ten, then he becomes a zombie and the game is over. The bosses are giant Z-Viruses that attempt to use legions of smaller Z-Viruses in complicated riffs to make Tai a zombie. All the graphics are 2D and the riffs use the number buttons on the top of the keyboard and the minus and plus buttons(12 frets). There is no strumming requiered.

Here is the Z-Virus:

Ok, let's try again, and I'll make it even simpler this time.

NO!

That's strike two. One more and you're out.
