Fraps is really good and so is Gamecam.
Google them both and see what you find. That might have
been all you needed to do anyway.

Thanks ASTEK I did search but the software I found just produce a black screen. I will look for the programs you suggested.

Gamecam v2
It barely affects framerate.
33fps when not filming
25fps when filming.
Only downside is it doesn't record sound but you could just set audactiry to record from your soundcard if you really want sound
