well, you could get cutter v1 http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=120946&b=24

but that only works for segments if it's an entity then just model it so it looks damaged

EDIT:
whoops i misread the question sorry. i dont know how to texture very well

If you use "solid black" on your texture where you want the missing bricks, those areas will become transparent in the game. check out the image.

cut two door shapes and a window simple

@BETA: if you give me the texture, I can make the bricks missing transparent for you.

@Cosmic Prophet: I think you are a little confused. Simply a pure black color is not enough to make an image transparent. You need an eight bit alpha layer imbedded in either a .png, .dds, or .tga. Even then, you have to make the alpha pure black in the exact spot of the missing bricks in order for them to be transparent.

A good tool for this is:

Hope that helps

Revision:
When I import my entities I use Entity Workshop. you can use a variaty of formats including bitmaps when applying your texture. When it writes the files into FPSC, it automaticly generates a .dds file for you. Any area that is pure black gets percieved as transparent and is written to the alpa channel within the .dds file.

get it here: http://games.alyssar.nl/entityworkshop/
