I got my work approved by Rick a few weeks back so until I get everything sorted out, I thought I should post some work in progress stuff. I'm going to be modelling weapons mostly but I bought Milkshape a fortnight ago so some character models may get through.

S.P.A.S 12
I feel it's about time FPS Creator gets this gun so I made it. My new hand didn't really turn out that good because I had problems rigging it up so all the fingers moved. It deformed a lot. Before this goes into the store I will spend next week working hard on a new hand mesh, texture and rig. I've been using Airmod so I can have shotgun reload, shell at a time. Pump action only until I figure out Airmod's alt fire function then I can have automatic.

Edit: sorry, the image came out a bit big.

Funky.

And if you can't get it to autofire, then its still a damn good work.

Looking good!

Just remember, there's no full-auto on a SPAS

It might not be until AirMod 0.7 when support is added for alternate fire using the same ammo as primary fire.

That truly looks amazing. Too many people are progressing, while I'm standing still.

Thanks everyone! I'm just sorting out my account for the game creator's store and I will have the shotgun uploaded. Does 200 points sound fair to everyone?

Opposing Force:
Hi I understand you are a wiz at importing anc correcting values of HUD weapons. My shotgun which I made purely for testing is not in the correct place on the screen. Infact I cannot see it at all. Any hope that you will give a quick tip or runthrough on it?

Thanks in advance

PS: Nice looking gun

I was Jacko but I changed my name.

Ok, I wrote a tutorial ages ago that might help. I assume you have a gunspec setup. In the gunspec go to the following...

;HUD muzzleflash position

horiz = X
vert = X
forward = X
alignx = X
aligny = X
alignz = X

X corresponds to a value and the bold parts are what you need to adjust to change the position of gun model. For the "forward" part, give it a large value like 100. When you run FPSC take note of the gun's position on the screen. If it is far away, adjust the forward position and the other values as well. If the gun is rotated wrongly, then rotate it in your app app so it is correct for in-game.

Copy the Mossberg folder as a template or something. Hope this helps.

Looks really good, OF. Your skills are improving every time I stop by one of your threads.
Inspires me to have a go at weapons myself... Hm, nah, too much time. xD

Really Nice, a bit cartoony, but I like that.

How is it cartoony? It wasn't intentional.

The gun it self isn't cartonny(its actually very good) but the sleeve looks a bit, you could use some burn on it

I am trying to decide whether to get this or EAI's new shotgun... I'll wait until you release a few more and then I'll purchase enough to make a game with them.
