As long as you dont redistribute the game you should be alright, but giving out the game with the song in even(especially) for free is illegal if you dont have permission from the author. Oh and just a heads up - use the edit button otherwise members tend to get angry.

Edit: I just realized i didn't actually answer your question, yes you can, the file will need to be in .WAV format, to change you song from mp3 (im guessing that is what it is) to .WAV use this program

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

all you have to do is import the file and export it as a WAV file, simple stuff. Then once you have done this, create a sound zone and add the file to it.

well i think that might be your problem, iTunes do something to their songs to stop them from being copied (other than on to CD's) so if i were you i would download from elsewhere....

I think that beep is like an audio watermark from I tunes, I'm not sure, I know you can kill it with adobe audition.

Let me channel the spirit of the dearly departed (from the forums not in life) Disturbing 13...who I do hope does return.

If he were here he would let you know that you should make your thread titles more descriptive.
Let's be honest.Do you know how many people have probably started a thread with the same title (or something close)?It makes the search engine useless.
I'll change it to something else for you.Just a reminder.
If you rip an ITunes song and use it in your game it's illegal.
They have a license and sue happy Apple and the recording industry and who knows who else is going to sue you.
And uploading anything like that to these forums will get you an immediate ban.
I would suggest you read up on copyrights,licenses,etc. IMMDEIATELY.
As far as changing the title of this thread...I'll just lock it.
